Why is it bad to eat under the amount of calories aday? and what r the reg. amount you should have?? i forgot:D

its really not... like 1000 calories keeps you living and losing, but the thing is is that whenever you eat more after eating 1000 calories forever, you gain weight. 1200 is what you should naturally be eating, and in case you mess up, you wont gain so much weight :-). good luck! its better AND more satisfying to eat your full calorie content in the long run!

when your body goes into starvation mode your body doesn't burn the calories you're consumoing- it trys to store those for last resort- instead it eats away at your muscle which slows you metabolism waaay down...

you should have at leat 1200 cals a day if you eat under that your body might go in starvation mode and start storing what food you do eat into fat
