Well, I watched and did what she told us to do on t.v (Denise Austin in 7:30 in the morning on Lifetime t.v.) I did 30 minutes of jogging and 30 minutes of a sport! and I ate right! I ate 3 meals a day with 2 snacks. (they were only fruits) and I had at least 4 salads a week and fish about 5 times a week! I lost a lot of weight and you can too! and remember Weight loss is easy, but you need to be patient! that is my logo lol!
