hey guys, i started my excercise plan about 3 weeks ago. i cheated a lot on my diet but i excercised about 4-5 times a week.i did kickboxing 2 times a week and strength trained for 4 days and i did 500 crunches for 4 days a week. even though i cheated a lot on my diet i tried to eat as healthy as possible. i lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks. i am now 5'2 and 129 pounds instead of 135 pounds. if i could do it im sure all of you can. i have no self control at all but just try your hardest and that is all you can do. i garuntee you will be a lot happier when you go to bed at night. good luck guys susan
