I'm going to start posting my eatting days, I know this gets boring for other people to read but it really helps me and if you want to rate it or whatever, feel free... breakfast: granola bar cals:100 lunch: turkey and amer. cheese sandwhich cals: 500 Snack: baked lays cals: 100 Track meet... Ran a total of 3 miles 20 minutes crunches Dinner: Turkey and amer cheese on wrap Cals: 300 Lots of water : ) Hour Ballet Class <3 Total Cals: around 1000 ***I usually eat around 1200-1500 but we lost our track meet today and I was kinda sad so I'm not in the mood to eat anymore***
