Hey all! Omgosh I did so well today! For breakfast I had a yogurt smoothie (170) and green tea (0) for lunch i had a slice of godfathers pizza (430) gross i know, then for dinner I had a slice of potato bread with I can't believe its not butter (150) then I ran a mile and did sum ab workouts. But I'm gonna go to bed now, well drink sum more green tea then crash! LoL! *mUaHz*

add some calories like fruits and veggies or a couple weeks of your diet you will start to feel sooo tired and lazy and make sure your getting enough PROTEIN!!!

That's only 750 calories, sorry but you didn't do good on eating today. You need more fruits and veggies.
