Ht. 5'4, Wt. st. 185 now 167 - hellloo.. i havn't been here in a while.. kinda busy ive only lost one pound but i also havn't been excerising and thats the only way i can lose weight. im getting a personal trainer soon so that should help alot. i just wanted to tell everyone good luck and you can do it.. just be strong.. its hard but its sooooo worth it in the end. <3..

Ht. 6'2, Wt. 305 Now 255 - damn im a stud now, lost 50 pound since last june 17th, 3 and a half months, i am good, i look good, i feel good, im more confident, i fight better, i move quicker, i get some ;). I didnt go on any fad diet, no carb free bull****, i just cut back, ran, and worked out. Its pretty simple. You may get hungry, all i have to say is motivate yourself, thats the key.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 255 - hey everyone this is my diet for that i will be starting in the next three weeks please respond and tell me if it is good the more responces the better i will be. BRESFAST-1 cup of kellogs water and friut.SNACK-kellogs fruit bar.LUNCH- 1 sandwich wheat bread low fat brown sugar ham and mustard water and fruit and baked doritos portion size.SNACK-sipple yougrat.DINNER_what ever my mom cooks byt cut in half water and a fruit.** during the whole day i plan to drink 14 bottles of water a day and dont eat after seven.
excirse---3-5 situps everyday
walk run 10 times around the block a day= 1 mile mon tues thur sunday.
do 20 mintues of exciesing in t>v or tapes everyday
do 10 mintues on gazelle and excirse machiene everyday

Ht. 5"11, Wt. about 230 - yeah, i kno my weight is a lot- but u have to consider my height too. well, just this week at work, they fired two employees and im stuck in a different room at the daycare(at daycares there is nothing to do but babysit and eat esp. if u r in the baby room)... but now im out and in the 4 year old room- it is so much better bc i dont have time to eat between 2 and 6pm. and plus, i drink a lot of water in those hours...... but its not enough bc in late november/ early december, i wanna get a tattoo and i want a lower back one but i need to lose the back fat so im gonna try harder bc its all about motivation! any pointers welcome! ill keep y'all updated!

I have plenty of reasons for starters is because there are many over weight teenagers and i don't want to be one. Ht. 5'4, Wt. 129 - Hey Everyone last month i was 135 and now i am 129... I don't really know what i have done.. to even loss weight i have cut down eatting alot of things latly and i guess workin out more. Me and some of my friend and guy friends work out together.. WITCH REALLY HELPS... we go to a fitness club and stuff.. so yeait helps! but yea good luck to everyone.. I still need to loss at least 14 lbs by december... but thats not a 2 big of a deal yet

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200 - Wow, today I did the math for if I wanted to lose 40 lbs by June and I'd only have to lose 5 pounds a month.Is it me or is that goal pretty realistic?Now that I got all the math done, I just have to come up with an exercise plan.I'll keep you guys updated.

Ht. 5'11'', Wt. 200 - Does anyone hav tip on how to strengthen will power when you can't avoid food, cuz as far as health goes my school is awful. We hav a cart of cookies and candy that gets pushed down the halls between periods and the cafeteria has 3 kinds of pizza, burgers, normal and curly fries, and onion rings everyday. I don't have time to make my lunck so once i get to school, firmly intending to buy a turkey wrap, I end up with 4 cookies and 2 diet cokes. I've tried picturing my self thin and all that stuff and yea... didn't work to well. Plez help...

Ht. 5'4", Wt. rather not say - Okay, this is what I had today. For breakfast I had two sticks of string cheese (to get my dairy in). For Lunch I had 1 slice of pepperoni pizza. For an afternoon snack I had 1 very small can of diced peaches. For dinner I had rice with bits of mushroom and chicken in it. I also had two slices of 12 grain bread, with vegetable oil spread. How was that? Remember, I'm not NECESSARILY trying to lose weight, just maintain it.
