Ht. 5'7, Wt. 255 - hey everyone this is my diet for that i will be starting in the next three weeks please respond and tell me if it is good the more responces the better i will be. BRESFAST-1 cup of kellogs water and friut.SNACK-kellogs fruit bar.LUNCH- 1 sandwich wheat bread low fat brown sugar ham and mustard water and fruit and baked doritos portion size.SNACK-sipple yougrat.DINNER_what ever my mom cooks byt cut in half water and a fruit.** during the whole day i plan to drink 14 bottles of water a day and dont eat after seven.
excirse---3-5 situps everyday
walk run 10 times around the block a day= 1 mile mon tues thur sunday.
do 20 mintues of exciesing in t>v or tapes everyday
do 10 mintues on gazelle and excirse machiene everyday

u should do more than 3-5 sit-ups to. try more like 20-30 minimum

It sounds pretty good, but you only need 4, 16 ounce bottles of water a day, it's ok if you drink a lil more, but not 14! And maybe for lunch, just pick chips or fruit, not both, and a little healthier of a snack like a granola bar. Hope I could help and good luck!!!
