Ht. 5'6, Wt. U dont wanna know - Hey guys and gals! I just wanted to show you guys this cool little "exercise generator" thingy.....its on gurl.com (which is a great website for girls) but the exercise generator will work for both...i think...anyways, go to http://www.gurl.com/games/selector/main/0,,677564,00.html and just follow the instructions, there are only 3 questions so you have to take it a couple times in order to get all of your work outs that you want.....hopefully all this made sense..if not just reply back with questions!

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 127 - Last night my dad took my out for my b-day dinner, and I ate a lot, and I also had a bunch of cake and brownies at home. I figured it would be okay, since it's my b-day, and it only happens once a year. Anyway, I thought that I was going to gain a bunch of weight, but when I got on the scale this morning, I ended up losing half a pound. My point is, SOMETIMES, it's good to have a day where you dont eat perfectly. I'm talking about once every other week at most. But I think it speeds your metabolism up. Anyway, good luck to everyone!!!!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. st: 195 now: 193 - NOTE AGE DIFFERNECE...I turned 17 yesterday (friday september30th) YAY now i am almost legal and not loosing weight...but the good news is i started basketball workouts every other morning monday wednesday and friday and we do like conditioning and weightlifting so i feel really proud of myself and cant wait to see me loose inches i dont care bout pounds as much it is more caring bout the inches i loose so i am sooo happy this year i am goin to loose all the weight and so i can wear some bomb clothes when i go clubbin next yr on my 18th bday

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 172 - So far today I havent ate anything but I went for a walk about 13-14 blocks total and I had 1 litter moutain dew.... I'm going to do good today I hope and itz like 10:15 so I'm going to eat something and I'm going to try laying off pop and candy and junk food...etc *~Montana~*

Ht. ., Wt. . - ok well i have this idea but im having a hard time putting it into action. my pklan is to go to the gym and workout after school and stuff and eat an apple for lunch a sandwhich for lunch a apple for a snack something like meat and a vegtable for dinner and another fruit for a snack sometime afterwards and im good with the working otu thing but i got mytself into this bad eating hole and i used to be soo healthy and good at eating for over a year i wouldnt have one bad thing and now im like lllll so does anyone no anythign that can help me.. i really need it

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 172 - Well.... today I walked like 26 blocks I think and I jumped on the trampoline for 20 minutes I ate toooooooo much pizza and I ate a packet of top ramen two long laffy taffy thingys 1 cup of coke and...thatz all I found an exercise channel on the TV and I'm going to do 30-60 minz of that everynight...I think I did really badly...How did I do ?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 224 - Whats good ya'll Im tryna lose about 40 pounds to 50 by dec do ya'll think its possible with my plan look: For breakfast I have cereal(cheerios with skim milk,half banana,1/4 some type of healthy bagel besides made with flour, lunch baked chicken without skin, salad. dinner tuna salad or chicken salad with broccoli.
then throught the day i have two snacks morning and afternoon. one is toothpick pretzels and some cheese. and the other low-fat plain yogurt,coulple cucumber slices and a peach.all responses are ok
