Ht. 5'4", Wt. s:216.5 n:195 g:165 - i think you guys need to stop looking at calories. you NEED calories to survive. instead, look at the total fat and saturated fat. those things are worse than calories. Look at sugar too.

yes thats true, but something could have 200 calories and 13 grams of saturated fat, and something else can have 200 calories and have 3 grams of saturated fat... you know what i mean?

yeah, but its calories that make you actually gain/lose weight, and you need to be aware approximately how many calories you are consuming to lose weight and be healthy, but i totally agree, you definetly need to look at fats and sugars to
