Ht. 5'3, Wt. 127 - Last night my dad took my out for my b-day dinner, and I ate a lot, and I also had a bunch of cake and brownies at home. I figured it would be okay, since it's my b-day, and it only happens once a year. Anyway, I thought that I was going to gain a bunch of weight, but when I got on the scale this morning, I ended up losing half a pound. My point is, SOMETIMES, it's good to have a day where you dont eat perfectly. I'm talking about once every other week at most. But I think it speeds your metabolism up. Anyway, good luck to everyone!!!!
