Ht. 5'7, Wt. 140 - Hey!
I eat healthily over the week,1200 cals a day with exercise, but on Friday nights my friend comes over and she always wants to get a pizza. I dont wanna say no because its not really fair on her. So we get a 10inch cheese&tomato pizza which is the smallest they do, and garlic bread with melted cheese on top and i have a half the pizza and 3 bits of garlic bread, followed by some sweets. I do that most friday nights do you think that would totally mess up my diet? Its the only day i slip up. What do you think? :-(

hey, no i dont think that would completely mess up your diet unless you're packing in 3,500 extra calories whick i doubt you are lol. try exercisin before your friend comes round, that will speed up ur metabolism so you'll burn up the extra calories quicker! gd luck x
