Well know you want to lose weight and now the next step is too actually take action. Start exercising every say for atleast 30mins a day and slowly get it up to 1 hour a day. I suggest walking or buying a treadmill.
Start to eat healthy, you know whats good for you and whats not, breakfast have some cereal in 1% milk and dont eat pancakes, waffles, too many eggs. Lunch have sandwichs on whole wheat, tuna, turkey are healthy choices.
For dinner eat what ever your parents make but try to cut the portions down. Drink lots of water, atleast 4 to 6 bottles of 500ml water a day even more. Never drink soda.
good luck, you should lose weight slowly if you eat right.
