Ht. 6'0, Wt. 229 - hey u guys ive been trying to diet for over a year now and can never manage to stick to the diet. i recently found this website and it has really helped me. i have known about it for about a week now and have maneged to lose a pound and a half. during the summer i lost 15 pound running in the morning but now i got 2 go 2 school so i cant do that any more. i still do crunches and sit ups every other day, but i cant stick to a diet. if any of u guys can give me some tips and motivation, i would apreciate it alot, thanx

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 172 - Here is what i did today : for breakfast i ate like 3 teaspoons of cheerios... i wasn't very hungry i don't know why tho. But anyway in PE we did lines which is running back and forth between lines for 7 minutes and then jump ropes for 7 mins and tae bow or some work out video for 7 minutes and tae chi for 7 minutes another work out video... and for lunch i ate a hamburger and a little thing of chocolate milk and came home jumped on trampoline probably 30 minutes total and dinner i ate one taco how did i do today ?

Ht. 56, Wt. 150 - Hey u guys i got my home comming dress shockingly i like it i have 2 weeks left but its really tight around the stomache/ more hip area. i need help. is there a way to decreace this area at all before home comming so it doesnt rip or steach my dress??

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 127 - I just got a pedometer (little thingy that counts how many steps you take through out the day) and I found that it really motivates me to walk more whenever I can, so I would suggest that you guys get one. They only cost around $15.

Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - okay i am bored so im gonna post what i am thinking of eating tomorrow and ask if you guys think it sounds good or not.....5:30 breakfast: im thinking a jimmy dean breakfast sandwich egg cheese and a sausage on a biscuit thingy....12:05 something like m&m's from the vending machine (i know its candy but it helps keep me satisfied till i get home at 3:00 cuz school starts at 7:30-2:10) ....3:00 lunch: a sandwich and a yoplait yogurt 1% fat.....? dinner: whatever my mom makes but not a lot of it....and all im gonna drink is water how does it sound?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. !!!!!!! - hey yall i lost a pound in two days yay! today i still had problem with junk food but i didnt go over 1500 calories for sure! i think i even just stayed at 1300 i dont know.. and i ran 2+ miles (which means more then two but not quite three) and im about to do my ab workout and hopefully i will have fixed all my dieting problems tomorrow because i ate a piece of cake and realized i really didnt care for it.... so thats definately not gonna happen again!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - Ok guys..this is what i eat almost every day, at least during the week. I eat breakfast at 8:00 before school which is 1 cup of kashi cereal and skim milk(250 calories) and then i go to skool and at 11:30 i have an apple...at 1:00 i have a banana...then i get home and at 3 i have more fruit or vegetables(sometimes greek salad) and then at 7 i eat dinner(i have a little bit of what my mom makes which is usually meat and vegetables) do you think this is good? i usually stay at about 1000 calories cuz thats the only way i can lose weight!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 180 - Hey everyone, My mom just told me that we might be going to Florida on the keys in Aprial. She wants to rent a condo on the beach so that means I need a good in shape body for the new two piece swimsuit I want to get. I want to loose 20 - 25 more pounds and be about 160 ish. Do you think that's to low for my height? The weight for my height well the perfect weight would be 117- 169. My mom says I'm over doing the weight thing that I don't need to loose anymore. I already lost 45 pounds but I want to loose more. Do you think my mom is right or should I go for my goal?? Plz help me!!! I know my mom wants me to be happy with myself but she also doesn't want me over doing it. I don't know what to do! If I do go for my goal I'm starting my diet first thing tomorrow morning.

omg. i've gaINED some weight back- i decided there'll be no more excuses, no more nibbling on my boyfriend's junk food, and no more junk. i have to get back on track. i'm stuck halfway there and i just finally want to get to my goal so i'm going to work hard. i did a 30 minute workout of kicks, crunches, running up and down the stairs and dancing and squats and stretching so that's good. i'm also going to do a 25 min. walk later tonight with my boyfriend's mom like usual. and i'm only going to eat 1200 calories today! i'm going to do it!
