Ht. 56, Wt. 150 - Hey u guys i got my home comming dress shockingly i like it i have 2 weeks left but its really tight around the stomache/ more hip area. i need help. is there a way to decreace this area at all before home comming so it doesnt rip or steach my dress??

when i need to loose weight quick, i go one the two week protein diet. All you can eat is meat, eggs, cheese, fish, shrimp, and for something sweet you can have jello, and sugar free gum and mints.To drink, you can have any of the crystal light type stuff (i buy the store brand) and water and diet soda. i also take some of the crystal light mix and put it into popsicle cups i got from walmart. I usually exercise for about 40 minutes 3 times a week. After the first three days, you will usually loose about 3-5 pounds and will usually loose a pound wach day after.

Stay away from salty foods, and soda, and drink plenty of water, to reduce extra tummy bloat. Try to go for walks every day and maybe add some ab-toning exercises. Also try to eat a little healthier.
