what im doing is basically a n\low carb diet because i still carbs like mayo and bagel but those are healthy cvarbs you should cut carbs out altogether. what I have found out is that if you take every diet plan you have learned about and exercise information and put a plan together youself that fits you. you make it out good and lose weight so think about that but I do cardio 3-4 time a week, eat fruits vegetables boneless, skinless chicken, chees, skim milk and ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST that bwill always lose weight it gets you started so you eat less during the day.

The best thing to do is to walk, or do anythign an any oppurtunities. I will help, not much but it will help. Like passing out papers in school maybe? Volunteer! If your parents want to go anywhere, ask to the mall, walk and shop. Or to the park. Anywhere. If you think aboutit tehre are a lot of oppurtunites to try.
As for real exercises for liek a half an hour, think of it this way, loose weight? go exercise. Gain weight? Go to soemthing that involves sitting or eating.
