Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280-GOAL:160 - Hey everyone I have a question, if I do 20 minutes of a very intense cardio workout then 25-30 minutes on my stationary bike,will that be enough to burn enough calories to lose 8-10 pounds a month. Oh and my weekly meal plan is like this: breakfast-a granola bar and milk (sometimes ill add fruit) no lunch at school,but when I come home ill have a salad. For dinner, whatever I make but in small portions. All of this along with the exercises..all replys are appreciated. Oh and I do drink as much water as I can.

i think u should eat something healthy for lunch rather than not eat at all, other than that , its all good

well your doing about 45mins of exercise a day which sounds good, should be able to lose more weight then 8 pounds a month if you eat right and drink lots of water.
