Hey everybody i just wanna say that one thing that has really helped me lose weight is an at home scale! this reasures you that you need to lose weight and when you start to lose weight it will you to persuade lose more!

That was very unreasonable! You sould go mess wiht your own life!!!!!! Some people may go a little overboard in here but THERE IS NO REASON NOT TO LOOSE SOME WEIGHT!! WE HAVE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WHO LOVE US!!! GO LEAVE US ALONE LOOSER!!!

hey i am 13 and would reallly like to lsoe some weight during the summer. i would like to lose around 15-20 pounds. my problem is that my wil power isnt very strong.i need tips on how to improve that, and tips on how to lsoe 15-20 pounds. i have never been able to wear a 2 piece or bikini like all of my other friends because they look realy bad on me and i want to wear one to the pool at the end of the summer, even if its jsut once, i want to be able to wear one!! please respond and give me tips!!!thanks!

ya'll are always saying it is really bad to be overweight. there ARE worse things, it really drives me up the wall, someone said that they would kill thereself b\c they were overweight, i hav been in an institution for suicidal thoughts, 4 a totally diferent reason. and they still called me mellodramatic. ya'll can lose weight, but, no matter what, have confidence, ya'll all seem to hav a really bad self image. think about it, try an hour, to say, ur skinny, and think of someone else being the overweight, put it into retrospect, losing weight is REALLY HARD for me, and i understand, but i think any one can do it, eat half off what u eat, and make breakfast smotheis, and drink when ur hungry, b\c most of the time u aren't really hungry at all, drink water with a spoon full of sugar, milk, anything, and drinK SLOWELY. it can work, if u work at it. i garuntee it!!! i believe in all of u.... I HAVE TIPS FOR LOSING WEIGHT AND KEEPING IT OFF.  1. Most people think that it's what they eat is why they're fat. That's true in some cases but it's also HOW MUCH OF IT that you eat.  2. Soda isn't good. I recommend drinking water, tea, and this drink called crystal light. Crystal Light has only 5 calories per serving. (those 3 are the best)  3. Add more fruits and veggies to your diet.  4. Many people think that once they lose the pounds go back to eating as normal. That doesn't work. You will only gain the weight back possibly more. So you have to change your eating habibts for life to keep the weight off. I'm not saying you have to be on a diet for the rest of your life...i'm saying when you've lost the weight you desire don't go back to eating junk food all day. Sure you can have chips and cupcake but don't have 3 or 4 cupcakes try sticking to 1.  GOOD LUCK!!!
