Today: 220 lb - Hi ppl ok so I weigh almost 220 and I hate myself for getting so big I would love to lose weight but I don't have enought will power. I've tried exercizing like rideing my bike but when I got on it the wheels went flat, I've also tried walking one of those machine things I can do it for 3 days or so but after that I just stop, I did 50 sit-ups for a week that didn't work either. I have cut all my portions of food in half and I tried drinking lots of water but I hate water. Start: 196 lb, Today: 132 lb - hi every body, i have tips for all of you people! i used to be 196 pounds, and now i weigh 132 pounds, it has taken me 1 year to lose this weight, and i will tell you guys how i did it. b1. EAT FOODS THAT CONTAIN CARBS, BUT ONLY GOOD CARBS, SUCH AS THOSE FOUND IN FRUITS AND VEGGIES.br2. EAT SMALL PORTIANS OF MEAT AND FISH A DAY.br 3.CUT DOWN ON SUGAR!(DONT COMPLETELY PUT IT OUT OF YOUR REACH!)br 4. DIETS THAT CONTAIN MEDIUM PORTIONS OF GRAINS, SUCH AS WHEAT BREAD AND BROWN RICE, IMPROVE YOUR WEIGHT LOSS.br 5.EAT LOTS AND LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGITABLES! Today: 206 lb - Hey everyone...Been looking around here for a while now and u all seem enthusiastic and willing 2 help.let me just get strait 2 it...Im a guy, im 14, and i weigh 206 lbs. Ht. 5'5", Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - i used to be thin but i gained 40 pounds. now im 5 5 and i weigh 192 pounds. i now experience pain in my back and knees when i walk long distances, i am really sore every day after doing anything. ive been trying to lose weight but i havnt been able so does anyone have any suggestions on how either stop the pain or lose weight

Ht. 5'5", Today: 169 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 124 lb - I need to lose about 45 lbs by August 5th. I am 5'5 and 169 lbs. Any tips? I need help. I'm desperate. Ive gorged at to so many fast food places in the past week and just realized all the weight i gained. Im over 250 lbs. Ive gotton so much bigger. Im ballooning up enormously. My already big stomach, thighs and love handles have been growing huge and out of control. I eat whenerver i feel like it and even when im full. I get tired whenever i get up. I need to no how to kick the bad eating habits. PLEASE HELP!

i do good all day not eating too much and eating right, but when i get home from school i got straight into the kitchen and i eat everything i see and i keep gaining weight. i know what i have to do lose weight but i just can't seem to keep it going and save will power? any suggestions?
