Start: 196 lb, Today: 132 lb - hi every body, i have tips for all of you people! i used to be 196 pounds, and now i weigh 132 pounds, it has taken me 1 year to lose this weight, and i will tell you guys how i did it. b1. EAT FOODS THAT CONTAIN CARBS, BUT ONLY GOOD CARBS, SUCH AS THOSE FOUND IN FRUITS AND VEGGIES.br2. EAT SMALL PORTIANS OF MEAT AND FISH A DAY.br 3.CUT DOWN ON SUGAR!(DONT COMPLETELY PUT IT OUT OF YOUR REACH!)br 4. DIETS THAT CONTAIN MEDIUM PORTIONS OF GRAINS, SUCH AS WHEAT BREAD AND BROWN RICE, IMPROVE YOUR WEIGHT LOSS.br 5.EAT LOTS AND LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGITABLES! THEY ARE SOOOOO GOOD FOR YOU! i hope this has helped some of you!

well congrads to you ryne! have you thought that not everybody can lose weight as fast as you? well maybe im happy for you losing all that weight so fast but give other ppl a chance to lose it...and respect them for how long it takes them!

hey, jenn, I ran around 2 miles a day everyday excepet for saturday. and also dancing is a great way to burn off the extra calories your body doesnt need. jumping rope is also a good workout, and jumping jacks, 10 or so pushups a day, and 50 situps a day(every situp burns 1 calorie, so, 50 situps=50calories burned) HOPE THIS HELPED!

how long did it take you to loose all the extra weight, right now i weigh at 181 and i would like to loose about 40 to 50 pounds if possible before next may so i can go to my senior prom and look good for my date!! umm, you say eat good carbs and fruits and veggies, and wheats and cut back on the sugar...what kind of exercises did you do while this diet? im glad that you lost all the weight you did and i hope i can to, if you would like too please reply back, so i can get some help thank you~!!!
