Today: 178 lb - hi, i am 178, l stepped on the scale and desided to lose the weight, but......i am not sure how. could some 1 PLEZ, give me some tips, like what should i eat instead of the junky food stuff???? plez reply

Summer will be here before you know it, this will give you a great oppertunity to get outside and enjoy the great outdoors by going for walks, jogs, bike rides and even playing a favourite sport. That's what I do in the summer and I always enjoy it. Remember that you should eat lots of healthy foods (Preferably fruits, vegetables, milk products and lean meats) and stay away from fried foods and foods with lots of calories and high fat. Remember, losing weight does take time, but if you put your mind to it, then you can achieve anything and you will be satisfied with your results in the end! Good Luck!

hi ! i always eat when im board ! ALWAYS! dont go on one of these no fat diets! just eat a healthy balanced diet . Include a bit of sugar and things but eat alot of carbohydrates aswell as fruit and veg , drink water or milkshakes and you need to get exercise and you will bw fine , just make sure you are loseing it 4 yourself , knowone else ! xx good luck!

Hey babe
Well, wot I find useful is when you are hungry to ask urself Am I really hungry? or just bored/depressed/thirsty. If u think u r hungry try drinking instead (water is best) or smoothies without too much yoghurt.
If u think you are just bored then do something and it will take your mind off food.
