You can always have a *little* of something. Just don't go overboard. You can a have a few sweets. After all you have to reward yourself!

well there are some foods that are good to help you lose weight. apples are supposed to be good. not that you would only eat apples, that would be insane. but i mean eat one after every meal. the sourness of the apple is supposed to cut down all the grease and yucky stuff kids consume. and also, soda is super sugary, so if you can stay away from soda pop, and gatorade and powerade. drink alot of water, but not too much, again, that would be insane. always take food out of its container, like ya know i tend to chow down on cerial, but what keeps me from eating too much of it, is taking it out of the box and pouring it into a bowl. samething with icecream scoop it in a bowl. these are just little psychological tricks that can help you. its like ya know, when you have a hershey bar, like it gives you alot of little pieces, so even though you are eating an average size candy bar, since you break it into little pieces your mind thinks your eatin more. well i hope that helps, be strong everything will work out.
ciao
Emmy

Some common negative calorie vegetables are asparagus, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, garlic, green beans, lettuce, onion, radishes, spinach, turnips, and zucchini. Some fruits are apples, cranberries, grapefruit, lemons, mango, oranges, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, and tangerines.

Eat the salads at Micky D's. You don't HAVE to get a hambuger.

what do you eat for lunch? Try to eat more protein because it takes longer for protein to be digested so you feel fuller longer. If you're hungry when you come home then eat a piece of fruit and yoghurt. I usually have an apple and peanut better because it makes me feel fuller (the protein in the pb) and the apple satisfies my sweet tooth.

Healthy foods for taylor...
try to really cut down on pop, chips, etc. fruit is better than juice. eat fruit for a snack too. for breakfast eat fruit, non-sugar cereal, or toast with jam. try not to add anything you know isn't good for you. like try not to use any mayo, and use less butter on your bread. you know what's healthy for you, so just try to substitute healthier foods for unhealth ones. if you have any specific questions relply/post a message.

Hi Taylor and Michelle! What i did was i stopped my sugar intake completely, no soda and maybe once in a while i ate a starburst or something because theyre my favorite but absolutely no chocolate. I did a lot of random things, first i ate only subway for like a month(no cheese or mayo) and i lost about 10 pounds. and then i just dont eat as much as i used to. I eat fruit for breakfast, a salad for lunch and maybe if im hungry then a sandwhich for dinner. I also drink a ton of water everyday and i think thats what helped me the most because for a while i stopped drinkin water and my weight didnt drop as fast. I also dont eat any junk food. I only eat when im hungry and i eat sensibly. I hope that helps, bye!

thats good going, but you still need to eat healthy too. maybe just cut back on the junk food like chips, cookies, candy and other things, and replace them with fruit! that should help you lose weight

how many pops do you drink on an average day? one or less is ok. try to avoid it though. excessive sugar can stop the weight-loss process because you have sugar to burn instead of fat. Try to skip the pop. try anything sugar free. for breakfast, try the sugarfree jello (10 calories a container) and fruit. natural sugar is normal to get (like in fruit) but not too much. try to find a happy medium. I use "Windsor Pilates" its a set of exercize wideos. Only 5 days a week for 20 min a day, I did it for a month or so, and dropped about ten pounds. that should be a start. Good Luck. Please dont torture yourself though. You can find "safe foods" just look at the label. Sodium should be under 20% and in the contents if "fructose" or "sugar" is in the top 5 ingredients (ones listed first) it is high in sugar.

Hey, un know how people are always saying "drink lots of water to curve your cravings" Well, instead of water, i have tea. To me, it's better than plain water and they have zero calories. It really does work. I'm just tryin to get down so i can wear a bikini and wear everything else i want to!!

Hey Matt!!!
You shouldn't eat only fruits and vegies.ou organism needs everything. So it's better if u eat a little bit from everything. Just don't eat or drink chocolate cuz that kind of sugar is not good for you at all. You can wtite to me at lilyn_402@hotmail.com

you should only have cheese in VERY SMALL AMOUNTS! Even the stuff called low fat cheese is very high fat compared with lots of other foods. If you really want cheese, grate it - eating grated cheese makes you think you are eating more than you actually are!!!! If you have a cheese samdwich, use a THIN layer of grated cheese in there instead of slices of cheese. Also, salsa dips and stuff like mustard can be fat free (check the label) and if you like those things, they can make veggies more interesting to dip them in. Or things like cinammom sprinkled on fruit. Hope that helped!!!!

Fruits and veggies can get very boring. For snacks you could try nuts like almonds or walnuts, but if your not a nut person then Yogurt, low sugar and fat granola bars or even saltines with peanut butter(used in small amounts of course). Happy snacking!
