Today: 228 lb, Goal: 210 lb - I went to the doctors today to wiegh in adn she wsa so happy at the 13 pounds i lost. she gave me a few tips about losing more weight adn one of them was to eat protein for breakfast. protein fills you up for a longer time and tehrefore you wont be tempted to eat alot throughout the day. Good luck everyone. I'm hoping to be at 210 by Christmas-think i can make it? I'm at 228 right now.

pop some popcorn with a low amount of butter- technically it's a veggie. lol- and it's low in calories- sorry this is so late...

you can still eat at mcd. like instead of a bigmac and fries eat a salad or one hamburger. you could also get a chicken (grilled) sandwich without mayo. find what you want and then alter it to fit it into your diet.

don't bring money to school, that way you can't buy food from the vending machines (stick an apple or something healitju for if you get hungary after school. For lunch don't have any money in that account so you won't be tempted either- bring healthy stuff- a turkey sandwhich, veggies, fruit, water. Just take the temptations away. For exercise it doesn't have to take a long time, just jog for 20 min sometime.

first of all, you are not stupid, and just because you can't help not eating some chips, it does not mean you are a bad person. Turn to ignore whatever food is placed in front of you, or have something else to eat instead. Instead of potato crisps/chips, have some air-popped popcorn and put something on it, like chili powder or cinnamon; something to give it flavour. You could also tell yourself that you can have 10 crisps or whatever if you go exercise for 20 minutes first. Usually after exercising you won't want to eat. And always remember "a moment on the lips, forever on the hips." Hope that helped.

small changes in you diet can make huge changes in your body. a healthy diet is 75% of you weight loss. work with it first. remember serving sizes when you eat packaged foods and find natural and good foods you like to keep you from getting hungary between meals. plus lots of water! and watch that junk intake!!!

make it a life long thing. not that l;osing weight will take your whole life but be prepared to put quite a few months into it. you can start losing weight right away. it's in your power, exersize and eat right. eat nutritiously. eat foods with a lot of fiber and drink a lot of water, it'll clean out your stomach of things that shouldn't be there and will help you lose weight faster.

It's not just about a diet but a change in life style- I know you've probebly heard that before but it's true even if you lose weight if you don't have a lifestyle change you'll just gain the weight back

You eat because your not full, right? Maybe you should try eating something for breakfest such as scrambled eggs and toast skip doughnut at church believe me i know it looks good but you really don't need it. You can stop at a fast food resteraunt but instead of get getting a a cheese burger get a grilled chicken sandwich minus the mayo don't get fris and buy a diet drink. Also try to stay away from that fried kfc chicken fried food instead of that try eating an apple and some grapes and whatever your mom has for diner that night is fine. Just try to eat food that will fill you up so that way it cuts back on your cravings for food. and if your still hungrey just don't eat junk food try some sweet fruit.
If you really want to lose weight you can just keep trying eventualy you'll find something that works out for you.

Hey, i know every1 here wants to lose weight, including me but i want to say: plz dont over do it and dont skip meals!! yesterday i had an 11oclock kickboxing class ( i 3 kickboxing!) but as usual never ate breakfast. i havent eaten breakfast in roughly 2 years so you know, business as usual for me. so heres my personal trainer making me work real hard but i started feeling really tired even thou it was just 20mins into the lesson. next thing i knew id blacked out and woke up wit my pt standing over me(wasnt complaining as he is HOT!!) my bloodsugar levels had literally ran out n i had to hav sm jaffa cakes. so moral of story is: losing weight n getting fitter is great but make sure you stay healthy.xx
