Ht. 5'6", Start: 185 lb, Today: 179.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hey guys, im new here. I browsed around this website and saw how motivating and educating it is and I really wished I had found this site earlier!!! As a fellow overweight person I finally feel not alone and its good to know im not the only fat kid. Ht. 5'4", Start: 229 lb, Today: 227 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - So I haven't been on in awhile...I am BACK on my diet, I mean it this time. My parents buy so many sweets and it's so hard to just walk away. I am craving a sweet and my mom comes in with 2 pies, ice cream and cookies....It's so hard.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - Now that I have gotten back on track I've lost the weight I gained from spring break. It's really frustrating. I've realized my problem point is weekends and days off when I'm not on a set schedule. Anyone have any tips on how to still eat right on weekends and vacations?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 246 lb, Today: 246 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - I need help losing weight. I've tried everything. I have heart problems and asthma that don't help this process. My family supports my diet for about 5 days then stops. I need motivation, and I need serious help. I'm so tired of being made fun of all the time. I've been trying and I just can't seem to shed any weight no matter how hard I try.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 148.5 lb, Today: 133 lb (BMI %tile: 73), Goal: 125 lb - Hey guys! I haven't posted in a long long time, but things have been going well for me! As you can see I have lost a total of almost 16 pounds! I haven't been this thin since the beginning of freshman year!(: I'm extremely proud of myself for commiting and finally reaching my goal. I'm not quite finished yet though and thats why i'm back. Even though I look and feel great, I think losing around 8 more pounds would put me in a good place. So, i'm back again and will be doing daily postings to get me back on track and hopefully lose that last 8 pounds before spring break!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 141 lb - This is way harder then I thought it would be. I have tons of cravings that are hard to resist ( because i love eating) but I don't give in. I don't like being overweight because people look at you differently and you aren't good at sports or anything like that. I just want to be healthy.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - I've found that this is more practical than I thought it would be. Of course I will not be able to log everyday, because I am so busy, but I will do my best to log every 2 weeks or so! I'm in the middle of winter break from school and the temptations and challenges are hard to overcome. I was at 174 but am back to 175 because I am not on a set schedule on break. I've also had some problems when it comes to logging my food.. I need to take the time to do that everyday! It's hard because I've been so busy this week and have been hanging out with friends who can eat whatever they want. I find my self eating French fries and iced Capps instead of what I should be eating, but in trying my best to let it be a normal portion. Ht. 5'0", Start: 128 lb, Today: 132 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 105 lb - I have pretty much always been overweight. I've never liked the shape of my body. My chin is the worst, it's the reason I hate photos.
When I had tried to loose weight before it never helped because I would get sucked in to the fake healthy stuff, such as protein shakes my biggest weakness. The truth of the matter is I've been dealing with depression for a long while. If you met me at school you wouldn't expect a thing because I'm really loud and love to make people smile. A really big helper in my life is my best friend, because she has the same problem. Don't let people who don't matter in your life hold you back, surround yourself with people that make you happy and care about you, and just know that even though I can't meet all of you, if I met you in real life I would hope we would be really good friends.

Ht. 5'4.5", Start: 212 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 135 lb - I've always been a bigger person, always overweight even when I was a kid. I've always hated it and wished to be thin. I got bullied about my weight growing up, it really lowered my self esteem. I was depressed. Then in november 2012 I decided to lose weight, it was unhealthy. I was starving myself, I lost 20lbs in a month. I felt horrible all the time but I loved the way I was looking. Then at chistmas time I slipped into my old binge eating ways and gained a few pounds back. Luckily I snapped out of it and decided to lose weight the healthy way. Now I eat balenced portions and exerize regularly. I've lost 30lbs total and I'm not going to stop until I reach my goal (:

This journey for me has been going on for too long and im tired of giving up and starting over again.I am currently at 177 pounds and im 14. I am really wishing to be in a bikini by summertime, but im not sure if thats too healthy because i have almost 60 pounds to lose. Ive been on this site and have just looked around and it seems pretty cool so i thouhgt i would give it a shot. Originally, i wanted to lose weight for the wrong reasons, but now i am just focused on getting my life back. I am a competitive swimmer, and i am on club, but my weight has really held me back a lot. im tired of settling for bad times because of my weight, and being judged because of it too. i have so many suporters which is great, but a lot of the time i find myself being completly insecure. I would like some feedback from some people and maybe have a weight loss buddy! That would be great! Thanks so much!

I want to point this out do not try losing weight fast its not worth it. small helathy portions and drinking more water eat slow helps to, make excrise fun too. I want u young teens no to eat to much, measure youselfs from head to toe, no sitting around won't help you. girls take it easy yes boys lose weight faster.. I know that.. is unhelathy please please don't go crazy on weight loss if u girls are new to it take it slow..
