Ht. 5'1", Start: 163 lb, Today: 169.2 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 115 lb - i haven't been on in a month i thought this summer was going to be the summer but i guess i was wrong i just wanted to go back to school looking smaller and different or at least fit into a smaller size and loose some weight in my tummy so it won't like it does i mean my friends always tell me how small i am but i don't see it well i don't know anymore i guess i'll start over but i don't know if it'll work

Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 82), Goal: 100 lb - okay so, here's a tip that has helped me a lot through all of my dieting and exercising. before and after each meal, drink a big cup of water. this will help make you feel full by filling up your stomach, causing you to eat less and prevent you from feeling hungry after the meal. remember, 8 cups a day and if you do that for two days straight you wiill burn an extrae 200 calories in those two days. 3,500 calories equals 1 pound.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 184 lb, Today: 181.4 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 135 lb - So I have only lost 2 pounds, and I need some encouragement. I am trying to eat healthy, but sometimes it's hard, and I do exercise.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 195 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 142 lb - Have you guys heard of the ideal BMI, 20.85? According to scientists, this attracts the opposite gender the most and people around this weight live the longest. If I were to have a BMI of 20.85, I would weigh 129 pounds. Maybe this should be my new goal? What do you guys think?

Ht. 5'3.7", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 118 lb - I 've there being a young teen being overweight/mild obsess that's was horrible either guys don't waste it that's something wish I could take back but I can't u live and learn from ur past mistakes I did lose the w.t. all over my body one time I was either 13-14 years old yes by my 14th birthday stress came into me I was an emoital eater for like bout five-six years. I refused to exrise all the time not a good thing to do I was very addicted to a lot of soda orange soda was the most addictive soda I drank all the time I had very few friends 11 years old was my worse childhood I wish to not 've had Its much different I was a special ed student I hated it I was lied to my last aide lied to me a lot for two half years I was addicted to candy to that horrible program I don't want this gernation of children to be in even they 've nonverbal autism not... Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 140 lb - I've now lost 3 pounds, I know it's not that much but it's a start I have been drinking more water and cutting down on portion sizes. I have also been going on more walks. I hope I can continue as I'm going and loose 22 more pounds!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 300 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Ok, so it's not going well. I've gained 100 pounds and I can't stop. I love food like crazy and exercise went out the window 80 pounds ago. Sometimes I love my body and the way my stomach folds and is visible under tight tees. My bf loves it too, he tells me I look gorgeous and I believe him. But then I see what I am, a monster who is out of control.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 151 lb, Today: 154.7 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - I might speak for a lot of people but have you ever gone to camp and they have soooo much food well I just came back got camp and I weighed more by the end and it is really hard to stop eating when there is no one stop you so just think about what it would be like to so fat that you couldn't moved then think should I eat all that food

Ht. 5'3.7", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 118 lb - for very hot extume weather temptures lots of water, watch out for very hot temptures getting mirgrains really stinks can really effect ur sleep well its been doing that to me very annoying after a while I 've been 18 for 3 days now I'm still fighting my w.t. yup those words from the doctor/nurses summer/fall 2010 you will be put on meds if you don't get the w.t. under control at some point the eating & excrsing not an issue anymore now! just need to my sleeping patterns under control back to normal then I should be ok hopefully yup right now I'm just trying to lose the fat all over my body.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 84), Goal: 125 lb - My weight at the beginning of the summer 2012 was 165 lbs. and when school started I weighed 155 and people noticed I had lost weight but I didn't. Now I weight between 145-150 because my weight fluctuates but I am going to start working out again to lose at least 5 more pounds before school in September! I am hoping that making a post will be motivation to get up and move! :)

Ht. 5'3.7", Start: 162 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 118 lb - I went to the mall tonight to 've time to myself let me tell you guys being able to find my size in clothing is amazing! 3 years ago on 15th birthday there was no way I could fit into a size L in anything not even in Junior's nor misses but I 've two sizes to go to be at my clothing size goal size Small is my final goal the charts re really clear & helpful I'm at the end of their average size for shoes ahha size 10 women's shoe size I hate that size I'm sick of it , my goal size is between size 6-8 for women's shoes like to be able to find my tops in Small/Medium but I was picturing myself wearing a size Small and size shoe 6-8! I pictured myself putting a single digit for shoes I saw myself in the pic walking out wearing the single healthy shoe size yes if you lose the weight the fat will come off your whole body! trust me it will I h'd this... Ht. 5'3.7", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 118 lb - Today I'm finally a young adult my youth years 've come to end today at 2:35 p.m. Now I am an adult young I feel different no plans from moving this broad at all. I'm still working on my weight now! I 've been walking the dog for almost the entire month of July! I think once in a while I ll 've a cheat like tonight I had a cheat but tomorrow I need to stay on track my food anyway its was my birthday take a day off on your birthday guys that's the best time to take off on the diets.
