Ht. 5'3", Start: 135 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 115 lb - I was on a great path to health and weight loss this past summer, but when school started I gained it all back and more. I am thinking about going to wellspring weight loss camps, has anyone heard of it. And does anyone have any weight loss and motivation tips. Thanks

Ht. 5'3", Start: 167 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - Hello everyone. I'm Emmie and I'm a bit overweight. The problem is, my Mum said when I was 170 pounds that she'd not buy me any more clothes till i got below 165. Even then though, barely any of my clothes fitted me... Now I've gained another 6 pounds and It's all gone to my gut. Literally, no matter what i wear you can see my lowest roll of stomach fat :(
Everyone at school keeps telling me to buy new clothes, none of my jean button (If i do manage to button them the button pops off: Thats happened twice) and I don't have any money to buy new clothes.
What should I do?! Please help, its so embarresing!

soo i weighed myself today- probally not the greatest idea only because im suppost to get my period soon (yesterday actually) and it said i was 139.2 ;( i almost broke down in tears...i worked so hard in 2011/2012-and in 2012/2013-im failing horribly...ugh. so im cutting out all bad food in general- and my snacks are either going to be airpopped popcorn or fruits/veggies/water/tea. i will have 3 meals a day!im doing a cardio workout every other day (except weekends-i do cardio on weekends)and on the off days im doing yoga :3 i had an awesome workout today and yesterday-yesterday i sprinted/walked a lap on the track and did my cardio video OUTSIDE IN FREEZING COLD WEATHER(im talking 38-42 degreese here) i did my cardio video today,lifted my weights,did some yoga streaches-scissor kicks-squats-after all it was a pretty awesome day :) its gonna hurt tomorrow but i dont... Lately, I have been quite sedentary however I do walk from a couple places to another, but I've been finding it hard to go back to being active and staying track without the support of other teens in the same position as me. Work so hard on that between 152-154 lbs can't believe it hardly believe it my stomach is srinking now little by little my tops are a size Juniours L pant size 13 by its self almost out of 13/14/ finally my self estum is getting better a little bit. Size 14 no more that size is not healthy for me anyway I could wear Pettie women's 10 or lower my frame is smaller then girls who taller then me I have accepted the fact that I might stay under 5"3 it's normal on my dad's side of the family almost 5"3. I picked up this short sleeve sweater purple and silver strips Juniours L Lei I got it at Walmart on clearance for just $5.00 end of sesean. Next minin goal size M! Then S! . Can't wait to be a size Juniours pant size 3/4/ equals 120 lbs! It's takes a while to get down to 150's .
Take it easy guys still working on to do 3 laps without stopping. It ll take time.

So (im not exactly sure what my my weight is so im guessing 135) today i found out that my chorus is going to hershey park for a feild trip in may around the 20th- and thats two months on the dot to get bikini ready. When i was in my mourning stage i had a lot of chocolate and other munchies and im ver dissappointed because of that. BUT im doing something about it. today i had no idea i was starting my weightloss journey again but alas ive started it :) Breakfeast i have 2 granola bars and an apple juice- lunch i had chicken fries,some pickle slices, a pear cup, and a juice box-about 4:30- i had a thick slice of irish soda bread and a pepperoni and cheese sandwitch.dinner i had 1 cheeseburger on a bun with some ketchup- 25 oz. of water and some oven baked fries--i know its kinda crappy-but i started it about 6:30-i realized eating snacks and unhealthy sides arent going... I used to weigh 181 lbs it was emabarssing I got winded just walking on the stepts not quite my breaking point yet, my breaking point was when I saw my little niece who was almost 2/1/2/ years old she was overweight and bad eating habits she was wearing a size 4T toddlers I was harifed that made me turn around my eating habits I had to stop the binge eating and get active I knew had to do something to be a good exmaple towards my little niece in that part cause I didn't want her to pick up my bad eating habits, now my little niece is in the healthy weight range thank God she isn't overweight anymore! she lost all of the weight when her TV was cut out, and she no longer watchs a lot of TV like she used to. I've been in PE for 2 years trying to loose weight. it's taking forever. I hate being obese it stresses me out lots!!!!!!!!! I get picked on everyday both at school and on the bus!!!!!!!!!!!! and it's hard to ignore them when they do it. I don't have a job. I just have to say obese sucks!!!! Ht. 5'2.3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - Let me tell u girls it didn't happen overnight to a point I could do up to 4-5 laps at track on Tuesday night, don't do what I did I ate only sweet phoatoes when I was home, I didn't eat a full meal till I got home later thats a bad idea U need to have a full meal when ur doing stuff phyical actives like track half an hour running.
