Ht. 5'5", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys,I need some help and advice.I exercise 30mintues everyday and when I'm done I usually get hungry and I always eat before I exercise.Is it me really being hungry or its just cravings?should I eat anything or should I avoid it?

Ht. 5'2.3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - Let me tell u girls it didn't happen overnight to a point I could do up to 4-5 laps at track on Tuesday night, don't do what I did I ate only sweet phoatoes when I was home, I didn't eat a full meal till I got home later thats a bad idea U need to have a full meal when ur doing stuff phyical actives like track half an hour running.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 10 st 4, Today: 10 st 4 (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 9 st 5 - Right so the thing is i am obese. I weigh 10 stone 4 (145.5 pounds). When i did the bmi thing it said i am obese. I've tried to loose weight but i either don't loose any, gain weight or put it all back on again. I really need help loosing weight and i just want to be able to look good in a bikini for once in my life and just normal girl things like that. I really need help loosing it. Please help...  (Note: 10 st 4 is 144 lb.)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 198 lb, Today: 198 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - I am fat, ugly, and I can't stand to look at the jelly over my whole body... I HATE it! During the summer i'm doing boxing, jogging, and starving myself... it's not the smartest thing BUT i'm tired of feeling and looking UGLY! I want to wear dresses without looking fat like the other girls and I want to wear the clothes I want! I want to feel preety! Ugh! Well, it's better than killing myself.

Meet society's expectations And not meeting my own...my goal was to be around 120-115pounds by May 28th...that as not so far away and I want to succeed this time and keep it off.please wish me luck I'm really gonna need it :) whatever tomorrow brings Bulletin I'll be there<3

I"m a fast runner for my fast runner team Idid 3 laps on Tuesday withou getting out of breath!! I can't believe now! Its takes a lot of work to get up there ididn't feel emarssedlike I usually w'd but being a size adult M in tshrits makes me feel great! Please guys don't give up getting to a size M in Tshrits It takes time!! Gee guys XXL is horrible.. take it easy for nw memebers on here. Small minin goals.

Ht. 5'11", Start: 184.5 lb, Today: 177.5 lb (BMI %tile: 84), Goal: 176 lb - starting over again.. but i feel that this time it'll be different! i am running 4-5 miles everyyday, and i feel myself getting thinner! although the weight is still high, i have definitely lost inches. however, my eating habits are really bad. what do you guys eat for after school snack? or when you feel extremely funny what do you guys eat?

Today my sister.said "How come I eat alot( which she does) and STILL be thin?" right in my face.
