Ht. 5'4.4", Start: 182 lb, Today: 165.5 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 143 lb - So with larger portions and take out food I jumped back up 2 pounds in the last week or so.... However I'm not discouraged... Because I just got a new pair of pants.... Size 9... Nine holy smokes I went from 13 down to a 9 in a few months... And so this one spoiled week it's okay I gained a few back.. Cause I plan on losing many more pounds!!!!! Woooo Friday... Tomorrow is a new day which I get to start over and get back on track!

I totally thought I'd been doing okay and had maybe even lost a pound or two, but it turns out our scale wasnt accurate. I actually weigh almost 180. :( I wrote last time about sometimes wanting to give up and just get really fat and I know that If I actually hit 180 I'll just give up. I'd be 200 by the end of summer easily. I reallyyy don't wanna hit 180 because of this. I seriously need to step it up. I took a good look at myself today to see myself from an unbiased point of view and man I really do look bad. I was wearing a crop top and shorts that I thought were cute- my thighs rub together all the way down to my knees and are just very fatty looking, and my legs bulged out from the legs of the shorts. Ht. 5'5", Start: 175 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 150 lb - Well, I lost about 2 pounds. I have not been working out as much as I should but otherwise things have been going okay. I have a weird dilemma though- I don't know if anyone else experiences it? I have a lot of day dreams about losing weight and looking good and I get super motivated, but then other times I just don't care and I really just want to stuff my face with junk food and candy and fast food until I feel sick and just let myself over eat and be lazy and get really fat. I don't know, it's a constant battle. Anyone else feel like this?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 229 lb, Today: 223 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Ugh. I am getting so upset. I can't get under the 20's. I got to 219 then somehow I went up. I can't get under 223 and it's very frustrating. I either gain a pound the it comes off in a couple days or I don't gain or lose.

I was 15/1/2 at the time, I'm not really 5"3 I'm 5.2"3 inches I wore a size 15/17 XXL three years ago at this time of year. It was bad for me and my body, I used to eat a whole bag of chips that I h'd to control that I don't do anymore, now, I stopped that! stress comes I binge eat that I had to stop renctly its wasn't funny. hope to lose a dress size by May then June 12! July 10, August 8, September 6, October 4, November 2. front is better back needs more work, . not a junk food I took off today I ll be doing what I should be doing this week! I did my excrise outside almost six days this past week!.. I ll get to 104 lbs eventlly! Jessica17.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 150 lb - Well, I have been trying to eat better and exercise more but it's hard because I have such a busy schedule. Depending on the day,I either feel really good or really bad about myself. I feel like I look okay usually but sometimes ill be unable to put on a pair of jeans I could fit into a few months ago and it makes me realize that I can't seem to keep from gaining weight. And sometimes ill feel good about myself but then I'll notice that when I sit down, I have two fat rolls on my stomach that strain at my shirts, or that I can't wear too many tight shirts because I bulge over the waist of my pants. I am a girl that always likes to be fashionable, but it's hard when my stomach and thighs are so large and fat. I know that I shouldn't wear things like crop tops because fat people don't look good in them, but I want to and sometimes I do anyways. I wanna lose weight so that I can start looking good in clothes!

I dont have any friends cause I was teased about my weight my whole life so I dont have any support except for my brother and dad but they dont understand what I have to go through either.
