Ht. 5'7", Start: 204 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Well, I've been reevaluating my life lately and I have decided to drop out from four year regular school and maintain a GED.In the mean time, I plan to get a job to save up some money for vocational school, receive my permit, and afterward go to a vocational school and get my certification in Early Childhood Education. Also, I've been planning on what to do for exercise. I did boxing, but with the monthly cost and how far awat it is from where I live and my parents refusing to let me walk alone or to even give me a ride, I have been thinking of doing Zumba. I was planning on ordering some DVD's I could do at home, but I want to know from you guys if zumba would be effective for weight loss? Any thoughts? (:
