Ht. 5'6", Start: 190 lb, Today: 174 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 142 lb - The bmi calculator said a healthy weight for me would be 92-142 but my mom said it was to thin for my height ( I'm tall). Is it? What should I do? Please help!

I am also overweight like you.I am 180 and I don't feel good about myself at all. I need some help from others...I have tried sensa but it doesn't not work. I am trying to reach my goal of at least 130 by next year. I feel really bad and overweight....can somebody help me and give me ideas so I can lose this extra weight. I want to feel good about my self

142 lbs is healthy for your hight 92 lbs is to thin for your hight. I don't understand BMIS sometimes, I had the same thing for my hight, 115-120 lbs 5"3.7 inches, at times BMIS aren't always acture. I w'd aim 142 lbs 130 lbs isn't to thin for you. I w'd ask your doctors about this.
