Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone so i honestly feel like an outcast. All my friends are twigs (around 90-120lbs) and they constantly talk about how they cant wait to show off there new bikini! i know that honestly may sound ridiculous but this summer i really want to beable to go from a size 9 in pants to a 5 and be able to pull off a bikini. I constantly hate to wear shorts because my legs are bigger even thought most is muscle i don't find that really attractive on me anyway....
So i really would love if anyone of you who can understand what im feeling can you please give me tips on how to lose 20 pounds FAST and safely!

Hi Micki,it is good that you want to lose weight. Well first do a three day meal plan and whatever you eat and drink must be recorded down. Then figure out what is the problem, is it too much fast food, or too much carbs, then start to cut down like slowly maybe first 90% then 80% of your original slowly cut down. for fast food it is recommended not be consumed during your weight loss period but you can probably have it once two weeks for motivation. And you must exercise as the lesser food that you eat it will cause your body to use the fats in your body to supplement the calorie needs but to increase your metabolism faster and burn more fats, you have to exercise. GUYS OUT THERE, A FULL TRIP TO THE GYM WILL ALLOW YOUR BODY TO CONSTANTLY BURN FATS WAY AFTER YOU FINISH YOUR WORKOUT. Hope for the best for you :)

I've lost about 20 pounds now by becoming a vegetarian. Stopping eating animal byproducts has an immense impact on your health, and is so much better for you overall. If you go vegetarian (or if you REALLY want success, vegan) and exercise at the same time, you'll have the weight off in no time. Just do it safely, don't starve yourself, and eat the right foods. That means little to no dairy or eggs. Fruits, veggies and grains are the way to go! GOOD LUCK!

Stop drinking as much soda and juice. Soda and juice adds alot of extra calories to your diet. You dont have to give it up completely but try to drink only 1 serving every few weeks. I lost over 20 pounds when I stopped drinking a lot of soda.
