Ht. 5'5", Start: 185 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 120 lb - Hi, my name is Savvi. I am quite overweight (and honestly have no idea how much I weigh). I recently started a new diet routine and exercise routine as well. I eat 6 small meals a day (which really helps me because I'm never hungry, yet never overtly full, and it's amazing), as well as swim 30 laps in the pool every day. Next week I plan on starting 35 laps. I started three days ago, Monday, and plan on continuing down this path til I lose the unwanted extra 20 pounds, by December. Ten pounds a month. Then hopefully by the time I start my junior year next year, I will have reached my goal of 120. I haven't weighed myself for four months, and last time it was 165. But I'm pretty sure I gained some pounds over the summer break, and I'm unsure of the exact weight, so I estimated 170. But my highest amount I've weighed was 185, I believe. Now that my sophomore... Ht. 5'0", Start: 150 lb, Today: 139.1 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 110 lb - I seemed to be doing so well... My weight was the lowest it's been in a long time and it stayed there for almost a week and today it seems I have gained 3 pounds!!! I don't know if that is possible in only one day... Help!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 202 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi! I just turned 13 on Thursday and so now I'm using the Teen's Bulletin. I'm vegetarian and I've basically I've decided to ignore the scale and focus on gaining muscle and hopefully toning that way. I've put a random number for my goal weight, because honestly, I don't have a goal weight. I just want to be fit and healthy even if that means weighing more than average. I've been doing an intense workout for that past week or so, and I gained about 5 pounds, but I'm ok with that. I feel great and my appetite has gone down immensely and now I'm just determined to get to where I want to be. No one can stop me now. Good luck to everyone trying to lose weight ;)

Ht. 5'3.7", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 118 lb - I know a year ago at this time of year I was wearing a size 15/16/ in my jeans but refushed to buy that size again my tops were XL this year I'm L in my tops! & TSRITS re M or L! I'm almost a size Small! which is great! it took me to get out of XL's now almost M in my stuff! I'm close to average clothing size for my peite hight & body built bone type trust me AXNORIA is not a good idea if some reason a teen says I want to go Anxoria well don't cause it damage your body & memory I was losing some of my memory from that. believe me its scary losing memory I realized that my anxoria really affected my memory for a while. I could barley remember some of my friend's name its embarssing. don't try it lose the w.t. in a healthy way please its normal for you girls at 13-15 start getting to crushes on boys' be careful whom u crush on.(view more)

Ht. 5'11", Start: 184.5 lb, Today: 171.5 lb (BMI %tile: 77), Goal: 169 lb - i'm only 2.5 pounds away from my second goal! I also went down a jean size! I need to keep this going and hopefully wont gain the weight back, but im confident I wont ! hope u guys r doing welll

Ht. 5'2.2", Start: 170 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 128 lb - Hey guys! LONG time no speak! How are you guys doing? High school is busy and when my weight was pretty much idle I didn't have so much reason to come on here so often. But don't worry... I'd still look back here every while and see how you all are doing- and hopefully succeeding. So personally, I kept my weight within 10 lbs for about 2 years until recently. I went to camp and gained a nice amount of weight that I really NEED to loose- that's why I'm on here :) ...and it's so crazy how the weight I could gain in such a short time can take Months to come off!! -but I've had experience and I know slowly and surely is the best way!

I fond out by looking at chest its the most important part cause I 've read many posts from teens from 13 years & even 12 years 11 years like ten or 9 or 8 or seven years a lot of years. this broad is at least 13/1.2 years old now! over thousand teens felt like they were alone but others like them helped them out! a lot of them lost w.t. by doing cardio more then just walking & running! I'm dead serious this time, I 've a wedding I'm going to be in early May 2014! yes I like to be a single digit! sick of size 13/14 in sun dress size 16 in form fitting that's it I'm going to do what I 've been saying two half years now! it deepends on the body built and body type as well.
its also by frame .
there is small- medium and large.
I'm aiming Small or Medium for Junior's or Girl's plus deepneds on the hight. I know the Cat long sleeve shirt I 've can fit if I get down 125 lbs! .
don't aim the weight that is not for your hight.
u can still lose w.t. + eat healthy. trust me I tried going anxoria once or more its was horrible I was losing my hair pieces. I was becoming weak I was 16/1/2 at the time trust me it scared my close male friend who just entered collage bout two weks ago.
