Ht. 6'1", Start: 246 lb, Today: 246 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - hi. i found this site when i was 12 and i kinda forgot about it for a while. ive been chubby since i was 10 and i want to lose weight. a lot of wieght. nothing is stoping me i just dont have the motivation. im depressed and i have an anxiety disordr. ive always come to food and acasonally self harm to calm me down. but no more. im going to lose weight. and im going to be healthy :D i dont know if this is to much to ask or not but im going to need loads of support :/ i would be very greatful if you guys could help me out :) thank you!

I don't really know where to begin. I used to post here when I was little and it was a good outlet but I didn't actually lose much weight. I am hoping this time around I will be more successful.
I am looking to get down to 10 stone so I need to lose five pounds (my first weight loss goal)
I am a dancer and get injured a lot so I think it's about time I slimmed down get strong and hopefully the injuries will subside.
So yeah maybe goal for this week will be 1 kg so by next Sunday I will weigh 66kg!
I am hoping to join a gym for their cross trainer, treadmill and cycling. I am also looking to do Pilates.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 168.4 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 115 lb - hi you guys i haven't been on in months and slowly but surely i've been sliding into depression because of my weight i tried i exercised everyday then the summer came and i went outside everyday so i thought hey why shud i exercise anymore when i can burn it off outside but then i started eating icecream and all the summer treats and since i had stopped exercising it just piled back on so i kept on saying i will start this day then this day till i got here the end of october still fat and not exercising i want sooooo bad to be smaller i don't want to be skinny like all those ther girls i wanna be healthy i wanna step on the scale and be able to say that is healthy i wanna learn to say no to junk food i wanna eat healthier at this point i don't really care about all those skinny girls i just wanna be healthy and if anyone needs a friend i'll be there together we can all be healthy for my birthday in 4 months i wanna loose 40 ponds that ten pounds a month hopefully i can reach it I WILL WORK HARD

Ht. 5'5", Start: 180 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 115 lb - Hey guys i really havnt posted in a long time but im back! ive been having some serious problems with motivation, and lost my "diet" months ago. ive found i can really only keep a diet for a week or so, and i need to make a lifestyle change. I would really appreciate any tips you guys have to stay motiviated because i know i can do this, i just need help. My mom promised me i could get my belly button pierced if i lost the weight, so thats motivating! im going to try and post everyday to keep myself on track:) glad to be back!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 185 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 120 lb - Hi, my name is Savvi. I am quite overweight (and honestly have no idea how much I weigh). I recently started a new diet routine and exercise routine as well. I eat 6 small meals a day (which really helps me because I'm never hungry, yet never overtly full, and it's amazing), as well as swim 30 laps in the pool every day. Next week I plan on starting 35 laps. I started three days ago, Monday, and plan on continuing down this path til I lose the unwanted extra 20 pounds, by December. Ten pounds a month. Then hopefully by the time I start my junior year next year, I will have reached my goal of 120. I haven't weighed myself for four months, and last time it was 165. But I'm pretty sure I gained some pounds over the summer break, and I'm unsure of the exact weight, so I estimated 170. But my highest amount I've weighed was 185, I believe. Now that my sophomore... Ht. 5'5", Start: 202 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi! I just turned 13 on Thursday and so now I'm using the Teen's Bulletin. I'm vegetarian and I've basically I've decided to ignore the scale and focus on gaining muscle and hopefully toning that way. I've put a random number for my goal weight, because honestly, I don't have a goal weight. I just want to be fit and healthy even if that means weighing more than average. I've been doing an intense workout for that past week or so, and I gained about 5 pounds, but I'm ok with that. I feel great and my appetite has gone down immensely and now I'm just determined to get to where I want to be. No one can stop me now. Good luck to everyone trying to lose weight ;)
