I need to start running!!, 'd like to lose 25-40 lbs by graduation, lose a jean size 2-4 dress sizes!, lose unhealthy fat on my feet, my stomach is one thing need to get smaller, I don't want to be in 200-300 lb range., 115-118 for my h.t. body type, bone type, & chest size 6/1/2-8 in women's shoes. 'd good for me!< again I 'd ask your doctor h.w. much you should weigh the BMI's re not accture, 103 lbs is for smaller frames, there 'll improments for the BMI's body mass,. I don't like the BMI charts half the time, they don't look at your body type, or chest, or bone type that's bugs me,. a lot . again I'm glad I asked doctors bout h.w. much I should weigh I was told 115-118 for 5'3.7 again I'm trying to help u guys, cause I seen confussion at times, 4'5 88-95 lbs is good range,.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 187 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys, so I've lose roughly around 20 more pounds since last time i posted something here. With the start of they new year marks my one year journey. Now for some losing almost 40 pounds in a year would not be impressive, but for me this is amazing. i cannot wait to be in the 140s, and lose my last 20 pounds! Guys just know this process is hard, and painful, and challenging, and stressful, but i would be lying if i said it wasn't worth it. Keep moving forward guys!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - help, i am 14, male,and morbidly obese, i have not been fat all my life, but when i was about 10 my mom got a new job and was had any time, so instead of cooking we would just have fast food everyday, i statred to gainer weight fast. i'm now 5'4 and weight 215 pounds, i hate that my belly is just so big, it alyways hangs over my pants which is really embariising. also my pants alyways fall down showing my buttcrack. i find it really hard to
do any kind of exercise, running and stairs are nearly impossibe and i get out of breath just walikng a fre steps, i sweat all the time and acne. my belly hangs out from under my shirt sometimes which is really embarissing. its also embariisng in the locker room becuase i have to kind of fold my huge belly in to my pants and then breath in just to zip them. no girld likeme becuase i am so fat and i dont do any sports as i am so unfit. i need to lose weght now.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 188 lb, Today: 168.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 140 lb - HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! I cannot wait to continue with my weight loss. For me, this is the most weight I have ever lost collectively. Usually I lose 10 pounds and then end up falling off the wagon. Now I have lost 19 pounds! Don't get me wrong I still have a lot to go, but now I know that I CAN and WILL get there. My new short-term is to fall under 165 pounds before costume fittings in my Drama Club, but you know what will be the most amazing thing? Falling under 160 lb. because I have not been there in over a year! Thank you to this website for motivating me to get to my goal and showing me that I am not alone.

I am setting up monthly goals and advise you guys and gals to do the same, for the first month start simple, mine for example with drinking water every single day. Once I get onto the habit of drinking water everyday I will do it for the rest of the year and set up a new goal for February and each month following. Remember that your weight loss will not only make you physically better but mentally and your inner body benefit.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 73), Goal: 115 lb - At the start of the school year I started watching what I eat, reducing portions, etc. That went on for a few weeks and I lost some weight until my mom made me eat more because she thought I was becoming anorexic. I honestly think I wasn't because I was still eating plenty. I run and dance and I want to look better for prom, college and my solo performances coming up but I also just want to feel better and be more confident. My friends always make subtle and sometimes very hurtful comments about my size. Homecoming dress shopping with them was a nightmare. I don't know how to lose weight without my mom noticing. Help!
