Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 179.9 lb (BMI: 32), Goal: 110 lb - I do want to make clear guys, be realistic with your w.t. goals, please, that's for your h.t. frame, bone type,. and also re bodies bulited differentely, sometimes I wish I was still slnder, at times, it 'd make it easy finding clothes, but healthy, one day I won't be wearing size Junior's 15 in my jeans, I lost my appite since my dog passed away mon nite 11:30 p.m., I'm not really a junk food person,. I don't really care for it,. I 'll eat when its offered,. but otherwise I don't want to eat it., I do want to get to down to size XS/S belt Junior's, I don't want to be in plus size again,. no I don't want to wear black swimsuit this coming summer 2016,., I already pictured myself, wearing a size S in my swimsuits, XS Misse's,. you don't 've to be healthy to be a size S Junior's., or Misse's., yes my chest 'll srink over time,. this week I start fresh,. size S Junior's ready or not here I come,!!> need to be an example for my niece's.,,
