I missed their spring stuff last year,. they got me movaited to lose w.t. in the past!, Junior's XL in most brands I hate it,. I hate it because we have to be weight on a scale to monitor our health outlook. We post our own progress online, but the whole class can see how much I weigh!!!!i feel sick if they know I am over 200 pounds. I am the fattest in my class, I am more than the teacher weighs, and he's really fat too. I try to loose weight but nothing works I gain more,I want to loose my fat stomach.it is wobbly and flabby and stupit. I am want to loose 100 pounds.this girl in my class, Ashleigh weights 114 pounds.i am 214.yucky.

I 'VE been 'll most of January its wasn't the best month for me,. which stunk, what was worse new year's day + day after sick with a singus infcution, deep cough, the good news is I can fit into my bikini!! I'm a little nerves of weighing myself on the scale I 'll wait till my bloatness goes away,. that means my PMS is coming either late tonight or early tomorrow morning or nite latest Tue nite,. which drives me crazy, yes I can fit into my size 12 C Pants!! can't wait to lose another pant size!!!, Lvi size 14, they differ than other brands at times, Pettie's clothing is really a lot of $$$$$ at times, I want to get them cheeper if I can,. I'm a little short, there's extra fat on your feet ,. hope to lose 've an inch off my feet,. I'm sick + tried of buying size 10 shoes been buying since I was fifteen enough is enough,.. finding shoes is iscane at times.,

My diet includes 100 cal yogurt for breakfast, a lean cuisine for lunch (300 cal) and about 300-400 calories for dinner and usually 50 calories in snacks a day

I went from 190 lbs to 160!!, I lost almost a jean size!! and a dress size I only have 10 lbs to go to be a size 10 Misses in dress's + almost 39 in on my chest six lbs from being from the 30's on my chest!! 30's on my chest ready or not here I come!!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 162.2 lb (BMI: 29), Goal: 110 lb - I do want to make it clear guys!! putting on w.t. doesn't feel good I can't tell you h.w. many times I put on w.t. my clothes didn't fit that's not fun at all., I mean today I wore my swimsuit at swim praicte, I arrived to early 3:32 p.m. I'm like I have an hour 13 min, I swam while waiting sat in the hot tub, just to get warmed up, my swimsuit is getting lose on the bottom soon 'll be the top I can't to get back to the 30's for my chest! 32 chest been a long time, not since spring 07-., goodness almost nine years,. take the re fresh of losing w.t. slow, take it easy, junk food is difficult to avoid I understand that, my goodness, I only have 12 lbs to be a Misse's 10 in my dresses,! Than 144-140 is an 8!! I'm only 18 lbs away from that hope to lose a dress size or two by Easter!! its a take while to lose the w.t. we put back on getting back to 162 lbs was difficult to get back to,. being in 160's! I'm happy bout that!!! don't give up!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 162.2 lb (BMI: 29), Goal: 110 lb - Kelkeltco I'm glad to hear you re happy for me!!, my waist has srunk a little bit I'm not where I want to be yet I'm not beating myself over that, it takes time to lose over 25 lbs,,. a lot of hard work, I didn't even have secs on anything, I did a cardio workout from Sketchers Shape Ups, I had to finsh it from youtube my DVD isn't working very 'll anymore, I lose another 18-22 lbs my shoes 'll be gapping, which I 'd not mind at all,! my BMI went from 33 to 29.2 or 28.7, I'm back to overweight!! I'm 23 lbs away from the beginning of what is considered a healthy w.t. for my 104-110 lbs, I mean between not exactly 104, that's for small frame, I'm pettie, my goodness I lose 10-12 lbs by the end of this month I 'll be 39 in on the chest 144 lbs 'll be 36 in on the chest 130's 34 in, I lose 18 lbs I 'll be a size ...
