Ht. 5'2", Start: 146 lb, Today: 146 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 132 lb - When I was a toddler through pre puberty,I was a normal weight. When I hit fifth grade, I was overweight. I was an early teenager when I decided to change, but did it in the wrong way.I think that has caused a problem with my current body fat percentage. My weight has a tendency to fluctuate, and I was put on a medication last year called Risperidone, and it made me gain almost 25lbs! I am fortunately been off that and switched to Latuda back in March, but have maintained my weight for the most part since then. I have been trying to do a lower carb diet (not Atkins or Keto, but lower carb intake). I think I have lost a little bit, but I haven't been consistently exercising. I have a little pain in my knee today, so I'll just take it easy. I just feel a little bad when it said my stomach measurements are unhealthy and I went to a Reds game Sunday, and my thighs were bigger than the seat, but I can fit into it. Do you guys know any ways to reduce specifically body fat %? Thanks.

Ht. 152 cm, Start: 80 kg, Today: 96 kg (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 60 kg - Hi i was just wondering if anyone had any weight loss advice as my weight has recently spiralled and i have been asked on a few occasions if i was pregnant and it is really embarrassing lots of people have commented on my weight and i dont feel comfortable with it i wasnt to bothered up until recently because my boyfriend commented and said i should lose weight and i have been looking at BMI and waist measurements and it makes me feel so bad when i am so big that i cant run i cant walk up stairs without feeling tired and i just feel really bad i have also started to notice my heavy breathing even at rest and i have a lot of back pain .  (Note: 152 cm, 96 kg is 5'0", 211 lb.)

Ht. 5'11", Start: 250 lb, Today: 345 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - So I’ve always been super fat and I never really thought much about it. My whole family is super big and so I just kind of fit in. But recently we had a family reunion and I realized I’m 50 lbs heavier than my next fattest cousin! What’s worse is I was lying down in bed and I suddenly realized I was too full to get up to get to the fridge. I couldn’t even do that awkward fat guy fake sit up where you roll over and slide off because my belly was too full. Has anyone else experienced this, and how do you deal with being this fat in social situations?

For most of my life I’ve been overweight and even as early as fifth grade I’d been called fat. It was never much, and it became a natural state of mine and until I stopped growing taller with it I wasn’t all too concerned. Once I reached high school it remained that way until sophomore year... within a single year I put on nearly 50 lbs and that’s when I realized I needed to make a drastic change. Now on a rather successful journey of just simply eating less, I have lost about 15 lbs throughout junior year, which ended recently. I can only hope to keep it going! :)

She is seven years old, 4ft1, and 160 pounds. I feel bad for her, because she gets bullied a lot, but I feel it’s kinda my fault. I mean, she loves to hang out with me, and most of the time at home and just eat and watch TV. She doesn’t like to exercise because it’s too hard to her, like me. I don’t want to be a bad influence for her, but I just love eating. But I don’t want her to become an obese adult. So, I’m thinking of exercising and dieting with her, so we can lose weight together. It’ll be hard, but I’ll give it my best shot!

It is Monday night and I am back again to bring some updates (though I doubt anyone could care less)
First off, I participate in a program called Battle of the Books, which is a Jeopardy-style where you read 27 books and memorize large and small details to win.
Captivating, amirite?
Anyways, my team has advanced to the state competition, where the top eight schools in NC face off in the final battle. As I have been studying for this for almost a year, you can imagine just how nervous and excited I am.
Only problem? I, like so many of us, possess the bad habit of stress eating. After dinner tonight, I waited a half hour to gauge my hunger. My stomach was unfortunately still growling.
Even though I managed to avoid consuming more calories than recommended by my doctor, about half of what I did eat was junk. Pure, unadulterated junk.
