Ht. 5'0", Start: 178 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 105 lb - I am fat. I never once thought I would be this fat at age 13. I have a lot of extra blubber and fat on me, espeshilly my thighs and stomach. I love to ride horses, ride my bike and walk my dogs when its not to hot or not to cold. But is still am fat. I can't seem to lose weight. I need help. I try to eat healthy, but I am addicted to junk food. I need help. PLease. if you have ANY advice, please help me.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - Does anyone know anywhere I can get decent tops that'll fit my belly? Anything that fits my belly is way too big everywhere else, and anything that fits everywhere else exposes my belly ;(
I'd really like to wear some nice clothes, but nothing fits me!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 245 lb, Today: 241.6 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - After my hard work I'm gaining my weight back. I really need help with this. I no longer drink sodas and I have sweets cut back to once a week. I do eat a high amount of fat and carbs tho.

Ht. 4'11", Start: 176 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - I just started losing weight and eating healthy. The problem is that I have been getting about 500 calories each day. I figure that it does not matter how many calories you get each day as long as you are getting the fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins, and dairy that you need. I just want a second non-bias opinion

Even if I lose a bunch if weight, I will still not be skinny because I am not built that way:-( I am loosing faith that I will ever slim down or fit into a size 6,7, or 8 jeans! I will never be skinny! I need help because I don't want to give up on loosing weight, but I don't know how to not loose faith

I was wondering any of you guys have tips on how to deal with stress because during the year i get stressed really easily .I am really worried because stress makes you gain weight! Please help. I've been off track for about 2 months because i wasn't seeing results as fast as i hoped to. I need some help involving motivation and temptation. When i see a food i like and i know its bad, i eat it anyway, but then regret it! Its so frustrating, so if anyone has some tips they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 247 lb, Today: 221 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 147 lb - Thought i'de just share some tips for everyone that have helped me personally and I hope they can help someone else :)
1) only eat when you are hungry-don't stick to a schedule
2) stop eating when you are not hungry anymore - rather than when you're full
3) diet is more important then exercise so if you're just starting concentrate on what your eating - I restricted to 1600 cals and I'm never hungry
4) plan what your eating for the day and try and stick to it
5) allow yourselves treats - if you restricted these too much you will end up binging (pr I always did)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 221 lb, Today: 214 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - I know everyone here is trying to lose weight. However, the getting started is the hardest part. I read this article called 'How Can I Get Motivated to Exercise?' on JW.org. I go back to it any time I need motivation. :)
