Ht. 150 cm, Start: 65 kg, Today: 68 kg (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 50 kg - hi guys i dont mean to bug ... but im going back to school on monday and i need some simple lunch tips we dont have cafeteria so i need to bring my own lunch so i dont starve or end up buying the junk they sell at skul. trust me i tried not bringing any money but my best friend always buys me something so i figured if I BRING something to eat then i will be able to say no to what she offers SO HELP ME !!!!  (Note: 150 cm, 68 kg is 4'11", 150 lb.)
