I want you guys u can do this!!!<. stuffing yourselves with food doesn't help anything at all makes things worse, still re adjusting to my 20's., guys please enjoy the teens don't waste it, one day u re going to be waking up you guys 'll be 20'., Trust me its still a struggle for me., makes me sad to hear I'm just a sad turkey who sits in the conor of the table at school, your 380 lbs, u can get under that,. take it easy, portion control is the key, excrise take it slow, yes u can use RunKeeper app to start something running or walking, slower for begniers,. yes its a good app I lose bout 10-15 lbs before I lost movation after I left again., if anyone calls you names, tell someone you know you + trust,. formerer teen adjusting to her 20's.,
