Ht. 5'9", Start: 456 lb, Today: 463 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 367 lb - I'm OBESE. I'm 15 and already 463lbs!! I used to be thin auntie about grade 4. There was this girl who was very obese and she became my friend and I started learning eating habits of her. I have terrible stretch marks and HUGE stomach rolls. I game huge. I need to stop eating help

Samantha I been using the app that helped me lose nearly over 20 lbs a while ago, lose it! you keep track of your calories, sodium, sugar, fat, proten, cholestor, serving size, fat gram, portion control is the # key, it 'll also encourage you to do excrises yes you can add your own!. you starting w.t. than you can put your ideal w.t. as a goal!! stretch marks 'll go away once you lose some of the w.t. measuring your self is a good idea, than you make a goal where you want to be! make it instering, Samantha,! you re young! only 15 over 400 lbs goodness, girly, we re here to support you! food scale 'd be helpful I lost some w.t. in the past measuring my portion OZ size of meat too, you 'll be a healthy w.t. in no time!! its going to take a while to be a healthy ideal w.t for 5'9 176-199. you re very tall. don't give up!
