I had people make fun of me a couple years ago, and they were anorexic. I even was once anorexic, and got made fun of, overweight or underweight. I know I'm only slightly overweight, but I do notice that things are slightly harder for me.I may be able to fit into an airplane seats, but my thighs are larger than the stadium seat. The people that bully you are honestly insecure about themselves, so they can make themselves feel better to make fun of somebody else. The person that called me fat a couple years ago said that she hated me, and she is very miserable, to be frank.

Hey thank you for replying yes i have been to the doctors for the heavy breathing issue and the back pain he said that they happen as a result of my weight and that losing weight would be the only way to help it he said that the extra weight around my stomach is what makes it hard for me to breathe while doing exercise and what causes heavy breathing at rest so really its a cycle because my weight makes it hard to breathe and i try to lose weight but then struggle even more to breathe i really want to lose weight as get bullied at school and recently could no longer struggle to fit into the school chairs but i couldnt fit and had to have a different chair brought to me which was so embarrassing and didnt help the fact that people call me fat and constantly ask if i am pregnant.

There are some websites that can help you; you can do low intensity cardio, and also there are some websites for exercises to help your back. Also, looking a BMI has a tendency to make me feel bad as well, so try not to fret about it. Either eat a well balanced diet, or you can go lower carb. Try to cut out as many processed food as much as you can; I have a tendency to fluctuate loads, and my issue was processed foods, and it has made my body fat % and weight to go back up again. With the heavier breathing issue, have you talked to your doctor about it? It could be exercised induced asthma. My asthma is currently in remission, but mine is environmental.
