BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 232 lb, Today: 208 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Weight loss is a long journey filled with ups and downs and cheat days but you will eventually get to your goal weight and even if you lose a pound a week that is one less pound than you were that is what I have learned. Weight watchers is a great way to lose weight that is how I lost I still have struggle because fast food but I am able to keep my weight steady. Also how you see yourself is all that matters. When I was in school all I cared about was what everyone thought of me and I regret that so much because my self esteem was ruined so horribly and I still have issues with it but you should love yourself and I am starting to learn that and trying not to care what people think. If they don't like me for my weight then that's a big loss and that tells you what kind of person they are. Worrying less on what people thought of me helped me lose the weight so far because I am more confident going in public and doing stuff.
