Ht. 150 cm, Start: 65 kg, Today: 75 kg (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 50 kg - hi ,im really afraid of jogging or being seen doing some sort of exercise and i dont like long training sessions to you have any exercise ideas i can do at home  (Note: 150 cm, 75 kg is 4'11", 165 lb.)

you can do some short ones, from youtube!!, they 've good short training sessions!, Carido,!, you can do sitting excriess,, you can do 15 min ,. I didn't like doing jogging either till my dog looked at me in the face lets doing jogging together!, she is the one who got into like jogging, sadly she passed away a month a go in a week, Dec 14, 2015, 11:30 p.m., but I 'll always apricte that she got me into excrsing again, ., you can get a youtube app, they 've tons of workouts!!,
