your young , 350 lbs at fifteen wow, that's huge, to get under 350 lbs 'll take a while! to lose 50 lbs that's quite a bit, you can do it!, my father was 305 months ago, now lost nearly 35 lbs, you can do it too~!!, enjoy the teens, also making losing it fun!, yes u can use lose it! app!! crunches, sitting down excriees, you 'll need to do cardio, weight training, excrise bike, you start excrise it 'll hurt at first, I never experienced being 350+ myself, but I can imagaine that's difficult to live with but you 'll get through it, portion control, drink a glass of water before each meal, you 'll be to shop for clothes in the stores, when you lose 80 lbs!! its takes time to lose the excess w.t. we re here to support you,.
