Spaghetti and meatballs healthy version
A slice of fruit loaf
A slice of ham
Fruit flakes
Like 3 crisps
A tuna sweetcorn sandwich
A tiny 20p white chocolate

I am definitely willing to help you and support you. Don't get depressed if the weight isn't coming off consistently or as fast as you want it to be. Remember just small steps at a time.
