~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

From Savvi, Age 15

Ht. 5'5", Start: 185 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hi, my name is Savvi. I am quite overweight (and honestly have no idea how much I weigh). I recently started a new diet routine and exercise routine as well. I eat 6 small meals a day (which really helps me because I'm never hungry, yet never overtly full, and it's amazing), as well as swim 30 laps in the pool every day. Next week I plan on starting 35 laps. I started three days ago, Monday, and plan on continuing down this path til I lose the unwanted extra 20 pounds, by December. Ten pounds a month. Then hopefully by the time I start my junior year next year, I will have reached my goal of 120. I haven't weighed myself for four months, and last time it was 165. But I'm pretty sure I gained some pounds over the summer break, and I'm unsure of the exact weight, so I estimated 170. But my highest amount I've weighed was 185, I believe. Now that my sophomore year has started, I feel really motivated to finally take initiative of what I look like and turn it into what I WANT to look like. Before I finish up, I am also looking for a weight loss buddy. My email is savannahvannah7@gmail.com. Feel free to email (I'd like to keep the age group from 13-19, thanks). =^...^=
