Ht. 5'3", Start: 135 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 115 lb - I was on a great path to health and weight loss this past summer, but when school started I gained it all back and more. I am thinking about going to wellspring weight loss camps, has anyone heard of it. And does anyone have any weight loss and motivation tips. Thanks

It's really pricey... Very pricey actually... It would be more benefit to you and your parent's wallet to just work on your own time at being healthy. You have the info available to you and support as well. Just excercise and drink lots of water... And healthy portions help too(:

I have heard of Wellspring there is is four weeks, then six weeks eigh weeks or ten weeks, one tip I have used serval times before was cut a picture of an outfit from a catlog I like to look through a lot, then picture wearing that outfit in my head all the time. get back on track what u were doing before. For school lunchs bring a brown bag lunch calories can be very high at a lot of times.
denftly cut a picture of a pair of shorts u w'd like to wear for the summer! start with losing 2 lbs then 5 lbs then 10 lbs small minin goals u make weightloss easier, that way u won't be overwhelmed by it.
159 or 158 lbs.
