I kept saying 'oh it'll go away' boy was I wrong. Now a little over a year later I am at a whopping 300lbs. looking in the mirror is still extremely hard, I mean what girl wants to look in the mirror and see stuff waving back.....NO ONE!! I am here to get support and give support, so if anyone of any age ever needs to talk, I'm here for you!!
*good luck and weight-loss dust*

wow, even though you do have a lot to lose, its amazing that you want to lose weight and you should be proud. 90 percent of weight loss is your diet. If you cut out soda and juice for a year you will lose 25 pounds(which is true because I lost 24 pounds in WEEKS when I cut juice/soda out my diet.)Don't eat any fatty foods ( mcdonalds, fried chicken, soda, etc.)At ALL because it makes you gain 10 times as fast and isn't worth it.Its gonna be hard the first few weeks but if you don't give in you WILL DO IT. I used to be over 190 pounds but now im 174 because I stopped eating mcdonalds and drinking soda.I used to love all that junk until I realized it was killing me so I stopped. Don't give up because the feeling of losing weight(even if just a little) is so worht it!!!!Good luck
