Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - im only 13 and i way 165lbs!!! i dont know how to lose the weight ive tried everything im depressed. ive always been fat since i was little and really need help any tips?

I used to be 240 lbs, and I'm down to 180. I started 6 month ago to drink a pint of Mineral water before every meal, and when I get hungry inbetween, I drink Mineral water. it works great. 3 of my grandkids used to be 60 lbs over, and they use the same trick with great results. what is also omportant, is that you have to like who you are, that way you will love who you become. just believe in yourself. it worked with my grandchildren, it will work for you

I used to weigh 187 and I couldn't find anything to help me lose weight. I like you have always been fat even as a baby. So loosing weight was something I really wanted to accomplish. One day I just got up and did some Zumba on the wii. I continued for three months doing Zumba when I woke up and went to sleep. And during the day I would jog or just be active. After the 3 months where over I weighted my self and I found out that I had lost 21 pounds! I'm not done yet I'm still going. I recomend you drink planty of water and cut down fat foods. And try and be more active then usual. Good luck on your weight loss!
