Ht. 5'7", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - I just can't lose weight I've tried. I can notice myself getting bigger. It just makes me mad. I can't do this on my own.i need help.

I completely agree with Jessica! Small steps are so much more realistic than bigger ones and keep you on target. It doesnt mean that you cant have one main goal to aim for but at my heavest (246lbs), small goals like 1 or 2 pounds a week really helped me, and still is my top weightloss tip now :) If you ever want to talk about anything email me on FriendlyWeightlossSupport@hotmail.co.uk ... i know its really stupid but if you ever need any support or advice i'm here aswell as everyone else on the site!

Megean take ur weightloss in small babysteps take it easy small healthy portions drink lots of water do small minin goals 199 or 198 lbs that way u won't overwhem ur self fcous on the lifestye change don't call it a diet instead call it a lifestyle change! U want to get rid of the fat and gain muscle on ur body! I weighed 181 lbs at my heavest. Its was horriblr e for me it took time but slow and study. Makeur lifestyle fun and mustering for u! U can do this with movation .
