Ht. 5'11", Start: 184.5 lb, Today: 177.5 lb (BMI %tile: 84), Goal: 176 lb - starting over again.. but i feel that this time it'll be different! i am running 4-5 miles everyyday, and i feel myself getting thinner! although the weight is still high, i have definitely lost inches. however, my eating habits are really bad. what do you guys eat for after school snack? or when you feel extremely funny what do you guys eat?

Hi love! Eating better will definitley quicken your weight loss process.. I have done a ton of research lately on weight and a healthy lifestyle, and to eat healthy will completely change you! (: (I've experienced it myself) If you have a farmers market or soemthing like that near your home I'd encourage you to start shopping there. I eat a lot of fruit and veggies (blueberries are my all time fav), make smooties often- usually for breakfast or with my dinner.. Drink a lot of water, too! It'll benefit you so much!! I am pretty much a sugar addict, which I'm trying to overcome.. And I can promise you that it's gonna be hard to change you eating habits, but it is SO POSSIBLE!! Keep up the good work darlin, you can do this! Nothing is impossible!!
